All you need to know ahead of visiting Lower House Farm
NEXT WEEKEND IS OUR FIRST PUMPKIN WEEKEND!

It has been SOOO busy on the farm these last few weeks, but the pumpkins are ready and we are all super excited to be able to welcome you to Lower House Farm!
​
Not only is this the first time we have run a Pumpkin Patch event, it’s also our FIRST EVER EVENT (eek!) so we do ask you bear that in mind! We are very much learning as we go and hope that this event will be the start of many more, bigger and better!
​
Below is (hopefully) everything you need to know before attending:
This is a working farm so please dress appropriately – wellies/ old shoes and wet weather gear recommended!

DETAILS
LOCATION: Lower House Farm, Llanvair Discoed, NP16 6LX – we are just down the hill from the Woodlands Tavern Pub (I am doing my best to get the proper location onto Google Maps but have also attached a map!)
​
DATES: 21-22 OCT and 28-29 OCT
​
TIMES: 10am – 5pm – please arrive within 30 mins of your start time
​
TICKETS: Are required, paper or on phone (signal can be dodge so please download in advance) - if you haven’t booked yet there are still a few left.
​
PAYMENT: - CASH PREFERRED – we will have some card readers but the 4G can be temperamental.
​
PARKING will be on the yard – we will be operating a 1-way system in/out – Signs will direct you off the A48 - PLEASE FOLLOW THESE so we don’t end up with massive traffic jams!
​
PUMPKINS start from £2 and go up depending on size. We have a few MONSTER ones if you’re feeling strong!
​

Treasure trail – see if you can find where the animals have been hiding!

IN THE BARN: will have more games and activities – colouring, pumpkin garden and more
​
DOGS: Dog friendly for well-behaved dogs. They must be kept on a lead and be with you AT ALL TIMES. Any poos MUST be picked up and disposed of in the bins provided.
For safety, dogs are not permitted near the animal paddocks.
